Danny Sheridan
(Diploma of remedial massage/neuromuscular and physical therapy)

Danny is originally from Donegal in Ireland, having landed in Australia in 2010. After graduating with a qualification in Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy including Orthopedic Sports Massage in 2008 from the NTC in Dublin. Danny worked closely with sporting teams back in Ireland for several years before deciding to move to Australia. Since arriving in Australia he has developed his soft tissue skills working with some elite athletes in rugby, boxing, water polo, triathlon, swimming and has worked with the Brisbane Bronco’s.

He has a keen interest in Shoulder and Low Back injuries as well as Sporting and work place posture related ailments.

Techniques used include: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, postional release, myofascial release and MET stretching of soft tissue structures.

Away from the clinic Danny spends his spare time attempting crossfit, playing Gaelic football and occasionally surviving a half marathon or triathlon.

Danny enjoys working in a multi disciplinary clinic as it encourages continuous development of his skills.

Rosalie Northway

Rosie N-6429-2Rosy has a long history of working within the health sector as a Registered Nurse and in recent years as a massage therapist.

She is a very motivated and positive person with a passion for helping people to improve their quality of life.  Her personal and professional experiences have provided her with a great awareness of the human body necessary for effectively treating clients through massage.  Treatments are specific to a clients individual needs and may include remedial massage, active trigger point release, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial cupping, or relaxation massage.

She keeps up to date with latest developments in massage by regularly attending, training courses, and is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

Rosy particularly enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic like ACE sports medicine as it gives her the opportunity to learn and work more holistically.

When Rosy is not working you can find her out mountain biking for fun or training for the next race.

Rob Hillas
(Remedial Massage Therapist)

Rob is a former tradesman within the construction industry.  After having several injuries he retrained in Remedial Massage Therapy due to his interest in the human body and how it related to his many years involved in Martial Arts Training.  He is now a Black Belt in Karate.

 

 

 

 

 

Sally Plowman

With having past experience of being a semi-professional basketball player, I have had a few major injuries and this has helped me have a great empathy for my clients aches and pains.

I have been in the health industry for over 15 years and have worked with Physiotherapists for a majority of that time, and mainly in the Mt Gravatt area.  I’ve had the pleasure to work with WNBL, NBL, ARU players, Pro-Boxer, and Pro-Triathletes.

With my main techniques of Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and postural alignment and other soft tissue therapies, I have helped many people return to their chosen sport or activity and helped keep them happy and healthy.

I enjoy bushwalking and going to the beach and the occasional game still.

Kimberlee King

Kim KING PHOTOKim is registered with ANTA and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Kim has worked as a Massage Therapist for the past three years and is qualified in Remedial, Relaxation and Trigger Point Therapy.

Kim will design a holistic based treatment catering to the needs of her client for every treatment.

She will set up a treatment plan to benefit you as you take the time to unwind, with a relaxing and healing massage.
