PHYSIOLATES CLASSES

Physiolates is Clinical Pilates based exercise group classes. Initial consult includes assessment by Physio teaching you to engage your correct core muscles using an Ultrasound machine. Medical/injury history so the Physio taking the classes knows your medical background.
